農家さんが耕す畑でつくられた野菜を直接販売する無人販売小屋は、日本で見かける私たちには馴染みのある存在だと思う。この小屋では、年間を通じて様々な野菜が並びそこにはファンもいる。野菜はすぐ横の畑から直接販売されるので、野菜の鮮度は大変高く味わいも豊かで、価格も良く、多くの人々を魅了していのではないだろうか。無人販売小屋は、全国の農家さんが広く営む日本を代表する歴史あるエコロジカルな店だとおもう。小屋は主に空が広い畑の敷地内に併設され、什器も廃材利用で建てられているものが多い。野菜の無人販売小屋は、日本の美意識を刺激するワビサビ感が表出しやすいと感じる。そして、卸売やスーパーなどのメジャーな販売市場に対するマイルドな「カウンターカルチャー」だと思う。もし、そうだとしたら、野菜の無人販売小屋は、世界中にある販売ソリューションをひっくり返すだけの価値やその可能性がメッチャ潜んでいるとも言える。野菜の無人販売小屋には、農家さんが人々の食生活に寄り添い地域に密着した独自性の高い文化が存在している。このような背景を考えてつくられた、作品 Yasainokyoukai（やさいのきょうかい）の１店舗目が三浦にある。
yasainokyoukai（やさいのきょうかい）とは :
藤原大の作品。農家さんと共に活動するこのプロジェクトは、2018年よりスタートした。今後もコツコツ展開予定されている。 タイトルの意図は「境界」「今日買い」「教会」「胸懐」などの意味を混ぜている。農家さんが丁寧に育てた新鮮な野菜がこの空間を通じて購入できる。

I think that unmanned sales huts that directly sell vegetables grown in the fields cultivated by farmers are familiar to us in Japan.In these huts, various vegetables are lined up throughout the year and there are fans.Vegetables are sold directly from the field next to them, so the freshness of the vegetables is very high, the taste is rich, the price is good, and I think it attracts many people.I think the unmanned sales hut is a historic ecological store that represents Japan and is widely run by farmers all over the country.
The hut is mainly located on the grounds of a field with a wide sky. Many of the fixtures are also built using waste materials. I feel that the unmanned vegetable sales hut is easy to express the feeling of wabi-sabi that stimulates Japanese aesthetics.
And I think it's a mild "counterculture" for major sales markets such as wholesale and supermarkets.
If so, it can be said that unmanned vegetable sheds have many new values and possibilities that are different from common sales solutions around the world.The unmanned vegetable sales hut has a highly unique culture in which farmers are close to people's eating habits and are closely related to the community. With this background in mind, the first store of the work Yasainokyoukai was opened. It's in Miura.

This project, which works with farmers, started in 2018. It is planned to be developed slowly in the future.The intent of the title is a mixture of Japanese meanings such as "boundary," "buy today," "church," and "chest& attractives." Fresh vegetables carefully grown by farmers can be purchased through this space.
